tayaplus Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tayaplus ("tayaplus," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the tayaplus website at tayaplus.app and all associated gaming services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tayaplus Platform.

1. Definitions

1. "Platform" means the tayaplus website, mobile-optimised site, games lobby, sports betting interface, payment portal, and any related services operated by tayaplus.
2. "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the tayaplus Platform, including the associated wallet balance and transaction history.

2. Acceptance of Terms

1. By completing the registration process on tayaplus and clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent affirmation, you enter into a binding agreement with tayaplus under these Terms.
2. These Terms apply to all activities conducted through your tayaplus Account, including gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions.
3. tayaplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on tayaplus. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
2. You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
3. tayaplus does not knowingly permit access to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
4. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of tayaplus, its affiliates, game suppliers, and payment processors are ineligible to hold a Player account.
5. tayaplus may at any time request documentary proof of identity, age, and residence ("KYC Documentation"). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC Documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

1. Each Player is permitted to hold only one tayaplus Account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes material breach of these Terms.
2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are obligated to maintain and promptly update this information.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. tayaplus will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.
4. Account sharing with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify tayaplus support immediately via the 24/7 live chat.
5. tayaplus reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

1. The tayaplus Platform accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
2. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the Cashier at the time of the transaction.
3. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are prohibited.
4. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tayaplus reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
5. tayaplus targets withdrawal processing times of under 30 minutes for standard GCash and Maya transactions on verified accounts. These are target times, not guaranteed service levels. Processing may be delayed by payment network issues outside tayaplus's control.
6. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the tayaplus wallet and staked in any game. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred before placing any wager.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

1. tayaplus may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotions at its sole discretion. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
2. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times before withdrawal.
3. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.
4. tayaplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any Bonus Funds that are found to have been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms may be voided without notice.

7. Gaming Rules

1. All games available on the tayaplus Platform operate according to specific game rules accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between general Platform terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for that game.
2. Random number generators ("RNG") used in tayaplus games are independently tested and certified. Results are final and cannot be contested on the basis of perceived unfairness absent documented evidence of a technical malfunction.
3. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that renders a round incomplete, tayaplus will void all bets placed in the affected round and return stakes to the players' accounts.
4. Live dealer game results are final as announced by the dealer and confirmed by the live studio system. No result may be changed after the round is declared closed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tayaplus Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

1. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in ways not available to standard users.
2. Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game outcomes.
3. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from identified exploits will be voided.
4. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
5. Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates Philippine law or international financial crime standards.
6. Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the tayaplus Platform without written authorisation.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the tayaplus Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, user interface elements, software, and text — is the exclusive property of tayaplus or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayaplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
2. tayaplus's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 90 days preceding the claim.
3. tayaplus does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access.

11. Privacy

1. tayaplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the tayaplus Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
2. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

1. tayaplus is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides deposit limits, session timers, reality checks, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account settings at any time.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

1. tayaplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
2. In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms, tayaplus may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, affected balances may be forfeited.
3. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tayaplus support. Pending bonus obligations must be resolved before closure is finalised.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the tayaplus Platform shall first be submitted to tayaplus support for resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
3. You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

15. Amendments

1. tayaplus may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via their registered mobile number or account notification.
2. Your continued use of the tayaplus Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
